Alicia provides a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge applicable across the innovation pipeline from early stage problem definition, codesign and facilitation to deployment and evaluation. She collaborates with complex and diverse teams working in this challenging space and at the centre is her passion for person centred care.

She runs her own research and innovations as well as carrying out contracted project work and regularly facilitates workshops using experience based co-design methods.

Alicia is a highly experienced programme manager, leader, mentor and a serial volunteer. She works at a strategic level and collaborates proactively from Board to front line workers and citizens groups.
